Process Flow
From granular raw materials to the final Velcro product, the process technology is mature and the workflow is standardized and efficient.
Wire drawing workshop
After heating and melting plastic raw materials (usually nylon or polyester), they are extruded through a mold to form fine filaments, which cool and solidify into single filament fibers with hooked or hairy surfaces.
Whole line process
Wrap multiple monofilaments in parallel according to a certain arrangement pattern on the warp shaft to prepare for subsequent weaving, ensuring uniform yarn tension and neat arrangement.
Weaving workshop
Using a specialized weaving machine, warp and weft yarns are interwoven to weave hook surfaces (hook surfaces) with tiny hook like structures and fluffy loop like structures, forming the basic fabric surface of Hook and Loop.
Washing and dyeing workshop
Clean and remove residual oil and impurities during the weaving process to prepare for subsequent processes. Dyeing processing is carried out according to the requirements to ensure uniform color and compliance with color fastness standards.
